I had to look twice when I drove by this local fountain. It is so cool, it is hard to see in the photo but it is this light almost fluorescent blue. Water is still bubbling out of the top.
You'd think that would be hiking up some business or the cities water bill! Most fountains are turned off in the winter.
Cool picture though.
